Well, it was a terrific stay on vacation. The rooms were big with a king bed and the breakfast was free! Everything was great, I appreciated that. Every staff member was exceptional and accommodating. The property's location was favourable and absolutely perfect, away from areas they clearly did n't belong.

Hotel manager made things right finally with the charges.
Hotel staff did not understand how to handle 3rd party booking. Was sent away without a receipt.

The pool and hot tub were very nice and the rooms were spacious and nice.
Wish there could have been 2 TVs in our suite. It was hard to watch from all 3 beds.

Conveniently located, the spacious King Suite featured a comfortable bed and a nice lounging area with a couch. Staff were particularly cute, offering great local recommendations and even providing a handy clear bag with candies for the game at the nearby stadium. The breakfast options were limited but fresh. The hotel could improve on its overall dining variety and noise insulation. The heater in the pool area also seemed to need maintenance as it was a bit cool .

Bed pillows quiet
No water pressure in shower both days. Told desk on day one. Other travelers related no problem. Too crowded at breakfast. Staff helped us get to alternate location but a long walk for refills

comfortable stay but lacking some details
The room size was awesome with a nice couch and large desk. The staff offered us a charming crossbody bag filled with candies, a thoughtful gesture for our game day. Location was ideal for campus access and the stadium.
Some amenities felt a bit overlooked.

Only neg that we had was the heated pool was not real heated and the temp in the pool room was a little cooler then expected. We were very happy with everything else. It was ab enjoyable stay.

The staff's friendliness really stood out! We loved how MaryJane helped us with a wheelchair completely unprompted. The bathroom was clean, but the tub was a bit high for an ADA room. A good stay 😄

Hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was polite and efficient. Our room was a double queen, the price was really low so we weren't expecting much, boy were we surprised! Large room, even a couch and the best pillows ever, I really wanted to take one hope, I wish I knew where they got them! Plenty towels, etc. Pool was great for the kids, breakfast had lots of options and we'll stocked.

The front desk personnel Mary Jane and Tiara (?) and Jim were exceptional at making our visit to State College a wonderful experience. When I return to the State College area this is the only hotel I will choose because of how wonderful the staff was at making our stay wonderful.

I stayed in the King Suite, Non-Smoking for 2 nights and it was nice! The room was bigger than expected, with a separate couch area and a desk. The bed was super comfortable too. The hotel seems newly updated, good. My only issue was some noise from the kids next door, but overall, I liked it!
